Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular updates on progress to discipline leads and BIM managers.
  • Maintain records of formal correspondence related to building information modeling.
  • Deploy hardware and software, and provide training on building information modeling software to project teams.
  • Develop and update object libraries and quality templates according to organizational standards.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of all building information model submissions through regular quality assurance checks.
  • Validate models for accuracy, export data for design and commercial use, and perform clash detection.
  • Prepare reports and models for value engineering and constructability analysis.
  • Comply with company policies, including ethics, safety, and ISO standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in CIVIL 3D modeling, with skills in modeling track works, rail utilities, drainage modeling, and experience in multi-disciplinary design workflows and understanding of 3D coordination processes.
  • 5-10 years of experience in building information modeling tools.
  • Experience in design or construction on infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in 3D modeling and drafting, building information modeling/coordinating with utilities design experience.
  • Knowledge of multi-disciplinary design workflows and understanding of 3D coordination processes.
  • Proficient in a range of authoring, scripting, design review, coordination, simulations, and collaboration applications.
  • Able to develop analytical reports and presentations.
