Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our quality team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards, supporting audits and accreditation processes across the hospital.

  • Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits.
  • Oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data.
  • Drive quality improvement projects and committee meetings.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, and ensure proper document control.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to implement and monitor quality standards across the hospital.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline along with MBA/MHA or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of experience in the quality department, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
