Manufacturing Quality Engineer Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer located in Coimbatore. The key responsibility of the role is to ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process, conduct quality audits, and implement quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Establishing and documenting procedures, work instructions, and standards that align with industry certifications like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949
  • Interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Developing inspection plans, implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC), and conducting First Article Inspection (FAI)
  • Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions, managing non-conforming materials, and ensuring compliance with regulations

  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance

  • Proficiency in Quality Auditing procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
