SAP Quality Management Consultant

Job Summary:

A seasoned expert in quality assurance and manufacturing is sought after to leverage expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, production planning, quality management, and industry manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and implementing SAP systems, as well as experience with MES integrations and Discrete industry Manufacturing IS-Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and Implement SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing Master Data: Ensure compliance with best practices for seamless operations.
  2. Deploy SAP Globally: Leverage expertise in procedures around different best practices to drive operational excellence.
  3. Develop and Maintain Process Knowledge in Production Planning (MRP): Focus on Make to Stock, Make to Order, Configure to Order, Repetitive, Kanban, Batch management processes.
  4. Integrate PP Components with Logistics Components: For smooth end-to-end operations, integrate MM/QM/SD/PM/FICO components seamlessly.
  5. Deliver End-to-End Manufacturing Processes: Use S/4 HANA to drive speed and efficiency in E2E processes.
  6. Expertly Integrate MES Systems: Drive operational excellence by integrating Digital Manufacturing Cloud, Manufacturing Execution systems with S/4 HANA.
  7. Advise on Discrete Industry Manufacturing IS-Solutions: Highlight the benefits of each approach for informed decision-making.
  8. Collaborate on Business & Mapping Flow Experience: For comprehensive Discrete & Process industry manufacturing processes.
  9. Leverage Expertise in LoB Topics: Supply Chain - IBP, EAM, and PLM integrations to S/4 HANA Manufacturing.
  10. Set Up QM Master Data and Configuration: Ensure accurate quality control through robust inspection methods.
  11. Establish Inspection Methods and Quality Plans: For robust quality management, set up QIR, MICs, and inspection plans.
  12. Implement QM Integration with Logistics Components: For comprehensive quality assurance, integrate MM/PP/SD/PM components.
  13. Manage QM Workflows: Sample management, Quality certificates, Quality notifications, and Quality control.
  14. Continuously Improve Processes: Through hands-on experience with Audit management, Stability study, FMEA, and control plans.
