About Our Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall quality of our products by planning, executing, and reporting on testing activities.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining testing strategies, approaches, and documents to guarantee complete test coverage. You will also manage the execution of different types of testing, including functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, etc. Additionally, you will participate in regular QA team meetings or triage calls, and work with the project manager and development team to report and escalate relevant testing issues and challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide effort and estimates of testing activities required for projects or deliverables when needed, and manage or prepare customer demo presentations for project deliverables when necessary.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of software quality assurance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualifications is preferred, and experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA/AzureDevOps is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Software QA engineer, client-facing experience, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups, and managing risks and deliverables to ensure that testing activities remain within agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.
