This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The QAQC Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control and assurance processes and procedures.

The QAQC Engineer will conduct quality audits, perform inspections, and identify quality issues to ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes and procedures
  • Conduct quality audits, perform inspections, and identify quality issues
  • Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
  • Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues
  • Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
  • Review codes, specifications, and processes
  • Maintain records of rejection, rework, and inspection activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:Quality Engineering Expertise

  • Degree in Mechanical engineering or Diploma with adequate experience
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality Assurance/Control, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with ASTM Codes, ISO standards, and 7 QC tools
  • Teamwork, Interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication, and attention to detail
  • Technical understanding, Design skills, Problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
