Senior Transformation Project Lead

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading transformation projects related to Retail Assets and Liabilities functions. Key accomplishments include:

  • Applying DMAIC methodology to identify business problems and opportunities, and leading the resolution process.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive end-to-end project implementation, from problem statement definition to delivery.
  • Establishing governance frameworks and conducting regular project reviews to ensure project momentum.
  • Working with senior team members to anchor ongoing initiatives and providing regular updates.
  • Conducting post-implementation reviews and establishing governance to ensure projects are on track.
  • Providing input in designing strategic approaches to manage change and support operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading complex transformation projects and driving business results through effective project management and stakeholder engagement. In addition to strong project management skills, the successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and team members.
