Global Compliance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our compliance efforts, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support stakeholders in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, leveraging expertise in anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Develop and enhance compliance resources, aligning with industry trends and member needs.
  • Lead training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, incorporating innovative approaches and technologies.
  • Collaborate with external providers to support due diligence initiatives.
  • Advocate for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, promoting transparency and accountability within ESG reporting.

Project Management:

  • Foster stakeholder engagement, including German SMEs, trade associations, and compliance specialists.
  • Coordinate customized training material development, incorporating case studies, checklists, and e-learning platforms.
  • Implement workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms targeting SMEs.
  • Pilot the MACN Associate Membership model for Germany, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Contribute to internal learning, external communications, and donor reporting, showcasing impact and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions and anti-corruption frameworks, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven ability to engage with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Fluency in English and high proficiency in MS Office required.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to our core values essential.
