We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect and resolve potential system issues before they impact the business, ensuring high availability and performance of our infrastructure.
  • Automate tasks for efficiency by building tools, pipelines, and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid deployments.
  • Investigate and resolve complex problems at scale by collaborating with teams, driving corrective actions, and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Optimize system performance by applying programming and scripting expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.
  • Mentor and develop team members by sharing knowledge, championing best practices, and promoting innovation.
  • Continuously evolve by staying current with new technologies, adapting quickly, and helping shape the future of our systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
