Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to join us in ensuring the quality and reliability of products throughout their development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust validation strategies and processes that meet or exceed regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development and quality assurance, to define validation requirements and priorities, driving mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Establish comprehensive validation plans, protocols, and procedures that ensure seamless execution and accuracy.
  • Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation, conducting thorough risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to address potential product risks in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed for validation testing services, ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration.
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities, including Validation Plans, test plans, test protocols, test reports, validation reports, trace matrix, Change Management, Periodic reviews, Audit Readiness, etc.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on validation activities to Quality Assurance, status to senior management and stakeholders, and proactively raise risks and concerns.
  • Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Ensure training compliance of self and project team members on all customer-related training requirements.
