Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of long-term financial plans and analyze various expenses to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business units with performance analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
  • Oversee reporting processes and ensure robust internal controls on reporting accuracy;
  • Handle operational financial controls including revenue/sales growth, expense and margin management, and financial goal tracking
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to better understand pipeline and impact on forecasts with support of CRM systems.
  • Manage complex financial data and provide strategic guidance to local market directors.
  • Support business cases, investment appraisals, and pricing strategies with robust financial modeling and analysis
  • Collaborate across functions to align financial planning with commercial objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as a Business Controller or financial planning & analysis professional, controlling, or related roles.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • A background in a large organization and an international environment is highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with various stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
