We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to fill this key role. As a crucial member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project design drawings and deliverables in FF&E and construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design
  • Proficient in Design applications, 2D (AutoCAD) & 3D (SketchUp, Photoshop & Lumion) with BOQ
  • Excellent Design compatibility skills
  • Ability to work on any/all phases of development, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and 3D modeling in SketchUp & Lumion
  • Consistently bring fresh value to add ideas to the team that are projected appropriately
  • Well-versed in quantifying Bill of Quantities, both detailed & single-line BOQ

Candidates with 5-13 years of experience in Residential/Commercial/Hospitality & Institutional projects will be preferred.
