Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Client Communication: Foster strong relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and clear communication of project progress and timelines.
  • Concept Development: Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet or exceed client requirements, while staying within budget constraints.
  • Design Development: Collaborate with internal teams to refine designs, create detailed BOQs, and produce high-quality MEP drawings that meet regulatory standards.
  • Site Visits and Execution: Conduct thorough site visits to ensure seamless project execution, address any issues promptly, and deliver error-free drawings and order sheets.
Requirements
  • Qualification: A degree or diploma in interior design is essential for this role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in SketchUp Layout and AutoCAD is mandatory, with experience in similar software an added advantage.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in the interior design field is required, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
