Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong design vision and direction.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design initiatives.
  • Conduct user research, testing, and design iterations for user-friendly designs.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Bachelors degree in visual communications, graphic design, or art school with equivalent experience.
  • Strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of marketing collateral.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, along with good knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Word.
