Job Overview
Jetpac is seeking a visionary Brand and Creative Marketing Director to lead our brand strategy, creative vision, and marketing execution. This role will define how Jetpac is perceived globally, driving engagement and growth through compelling storytelling, innovative campaigns, and a seamless brand experience. As a key leader in our marketing organization, you will inspire a team of creative professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver world-class content and experiences for travelers everywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Identity
- Develop and evolve Jetpacs brand identity, voice, and visual language.
- Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Creative Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, content creators, and influencers.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact creative assets, including digital, print, video, and experiential content.
- Ensure all creative output is consistent with Jetpacs brand standards and business goals.
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Spearhead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure creative alignment with product launches and company initiatives.
- Lead content strategy, including influencer partnerships, user-generated content, and travel hacks to amplify Jetpacs reach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, product, and customer support to ensure a seamless, brand-led user experience.
- Facilitate creative workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and fresh ideas.
- Performance & Analytics
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for creative and marketing initiatives, including:
- Branded Searches: Track and optimize the volume of searches directly referencing the Jetpac brand.
- Organic Orders: Measure and analyze orders generated through organic (non-paid) marketing channels.
- Analyze campaign results, user engagement, and market trends to optimize future efforts.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Resource & Budget Management
- Manage creative and marketing budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and allocate resources efficiently to maximize impact.
- Industry Trends & Innovation
- Stay ahead of travel and technology trends, identifying new creative opportunities and channels.
- Champion creative experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, creative direction, or marketing leadership, preferably within travel, tech, or related industries.
- Proven track record of building and evolving brands in dynamic environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, campaign development, and content creation.
- Experience leading and inspiring creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and content creators.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze creative performance and optimize strategies.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with influencers and managing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with travel tech products and global connectivity solutions.
- Startup experience a must, with D2C/B2C experience preferred.
- Background in startup or high-growth environments.
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and content distribution strategies.
- Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.
