We are seeking a seasoned technology professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI and scalable solutions.
In this role, you will design and implement robust solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks, collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tangible outcomes, and oversee projects from inception to deployment and support.
- Design and develop scalable solutions leveraging Python and contemporary AI/ML frameworks.
- Work collaboratively with customers to comprehend their requirements and ensure the delivery of meaningful results.
- Lead projects across the entire lifecycle: planning, execution, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Mentor and support engineers to foster growth within the team.
- Employ a startup mindset: move expeditiously, remain flexible, and assume ownership.
To succeed in this position, you should possess 7-9 years of experience in developing and delivering software solutions, demonstrate expertise in Python, system architecture, and scalable design, possess hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
