Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to lead our direct tax and transfer pricing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to DT and TP regulations, including advance tax, WHT, tax audit, TP audits, and tax returns.
  • Provide high-quality tax advisory services to support business units and functions, collaborating with Legal, Treasury, Finance & Accounting teams.
  • Counsel stakeholders and partners on business strategies.
  • Manage MAP/ APA, handle direct tax audits, protect tax positions, and file appeals.
  • Resolve disputes and maintain relationships with tax authorities.
Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of international tax laws, transfer pricing, domestic tax laws, and IDT laws.
  • Able to work in a dynamic, data-driven organization with independent decision-making skills.
  • End-to-end project management experience.
  • Unwavering integrity and high standards of professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant qualification.
  • 5 years of PQE in Corporate Tax, International Tax, and Transfer Pricing.
