Job Opportunity: Lead Business Developer
">The primary objective of this position is to drive business growth and innovation through effective outlet management, brand communication, budget coordination, analytics, and training.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Outlet Management: Conduct market research to evaluate outlets and ensure installations and maintenance are executed efficiently.
- Brand Communication and Visibility: Develop options for communicating the brand message, oversee signage execution, and track visibility across various channels.
- Budget Coordination: Ensure accurate spend of allocated budgets at the state level.
- Analytics: Monitor performance metrics, provide regular feedback to the regional marketing team, and support improvements based on competitor analysis.
- Training and Development: Train promoters for optimal performance and align the sales team with marketing activity and standards.
Requirements: Extensive travelling is required, along with the ability to multitask, deal with complex challenges, and constantly scout for new opportunities.
