Procurement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to play a pivotal role in supporting our work-share projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide procurement support for project-specific items, including pressure vessels, rotary equipment, and other essential items. This involves handling the entire process from RFP compilation to post-order management.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers for bid clarifications and with internal stakeholders to update them on purchasing status. Work closely with procurement leadership and project management teams to provide monthly updates on purchasing activities.
  • Receive and check supplier invoices, ensuring proper tagging to projects and processing through Oracle OnBase application. Track invoices until fully processed and paid.
  • Negotiate with suppliers on terms, pricing, and delivery options. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on contractual, commercial, and legal issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 11-12 years of procurement experience, preferably in EPC environment within Oil and Gas or Transmission and Distribution industries.
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of PO contract terms, logistics, and supplier qualification. Experience with contract formulation activities, systems, and processes required.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both oral and written, essential for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
