Lead Salesforce Developer

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional with 8-15 years of experience in Salesforce development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and queueable logic to implement complex business processes and workflows
  • Design and implement scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices, standards, and architecture guidelines
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture and design
  • Lead integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability
  • Own technical delivery timelines and coordinate closely with project managers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines, to ensure high-quality code and rapid deployment
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
  • Experience with Vlocity development and integration with Salesforce
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers within the team
