Technical Implementation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Implementation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of large-scale Salesforce projects.

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and stakeholders, to translate business needs into effective technical designs.
  • Oversee configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration activities, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide development teams to build internal capabilities and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain technical project plans, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing risks.
Key Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk), and integration patterns.
  • Data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL) and declarative configuration (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules).
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and release management on Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Mule Soft) is a plus.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
Professional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, System Architect).
