Job Position: Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to contribute to our Analytics department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting data-driven initiatives, with a strong background in developing analytical solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining forecast modeling pipelines, including model monitoring and refitting models as needed.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, design and build effective solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Integrating data from multiple sources and building robust data assets to support analytics.
  • Assessing the accuracy of data and data gathering techniques, determining materiality of data issues and recommending a path forward.
  • Performing multivariate and exploratory data analysis and communicating key findings to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Utilizing statistics and machine learning to build predictive models and tools supporting business initiatives.
  • Working closely with the team to perform complex analytics and data preparation tasks, including feature engineering and brainstorming potential data sources.
  • Communicating and presenting findings, including visualizations, to stakeholders to ensure successful integration of projects into business processes.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Software Engineering or related educational background.
  • Experience in Python programming language.
  • Familiarity with time series modeling concepts.
  • At least 2 years of analytical-related experience.
  • Excellent data analysis and advanced data manipulation techniques using SQL.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with predictive modeling and working with data analysts is a plus.

Apart from these technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to rapidly changing stakeholder requirements, and quick learning capabilities.
