Data Analytics Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. This involves performing regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality.

  • Design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple systems and sources using SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Document, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and automation opportunities within Agile and Waterfall environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in regression testing with defect identification and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven experience in working with SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of SDLC testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
