Job Opportunity:

The Cyber Security Lead will oversee all aspects of Network and Cyber Security delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, resource planning, staffing needs, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, leading a team of 350+ professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Cyber Security strategy in alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver Cyber Security services.
  • Drive operational excellence, monitoring performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance Cyber Security delivery.
  • Continuously monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other leads and the global Cyber Security team to share best practices and ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, organizational policies, and ESG principles.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in network or cyber security, with significant leadership experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Network and Cyber Security industry, including latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and develop talent.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality service.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of operational best practices in the Cyber Security industry.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
