Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Specialist with a proven background in IT Infrastructure solutions to strengthen our presence in the domestic market.

This role is critical to building and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise customers, key decision-makers, and influencers.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the domestic market for cyber security solutions.
  • Owning the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Developing territory-specific sales strategies tailored to the domestic market.
  • Achieving and exceeding assigned revenue and growth targets.
Client Relationship Management
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their IT challenges and aligning solutions to their business objectives.
  • Maintaining strong engagement with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT leadership teams.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and support.
Market Development & Strategy
  • Driving market penetration with a focus on large enterprises, corporates, and mid-market clients.
  • Collaborating with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners to create joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Conducting regular market intelligence to track competitor activities, industry trends, and technology adoption.
  • Providing strategic input for product positioning, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Internal Collaboration & Leadership
  • Working closely with solution architects, technical consultants, and pre-sales teams to design customized solutions.
  • Coordinating with delivery and support teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior professionals.
  • Preparing regular pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and account plans for review.
