Lease Management Professional

The Lease Abstraction Team Manager oversees daily operations, reporting directly to a Senior Director in India. Responsibilities include Local Managed Services oversight, leadership and people management of Managed Services employees.

  • Engage with business leaders globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture, community, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Drive global integration and standardisation in India by adopting policies, procedures, training, and cross-training for Managed Services teams.
  • Contribute vision and leadership to deliver technology initiatives supporting organisational growth.
  • Optimise solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across services departments.
  • Represent the Managed Services India team in broader Managed Services leadership structure.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in Lease Abstraction or related field, managing a global team or relevant leadership experience.
  • Manage abstraction projects by conducting regular meetings with the team and resolving issues, process improvement.
  • Responsible for training and onboarding new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Leadership: inspire a team to achieve great things.
  • Execution: take concrete actions to deliver and inspire.
  • Polished skills in communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Collaborator with problem-solving, can-do mindset and client-centric focus.
  • Experience with other business SaaS offers a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field; Masters preferred – and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience.
