Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate techno-functional consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
  2. Lead client workshops to articulate visions and ambiguous business problems.
  3. Define business problems, consolidate findings, hypothesize solutions, and measure their impact.
  4. Liaise with customers, present solutions convincingly, and question them when required.
  5. Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.

Essential Skills:

  • Business consulting experience with financial planning & analysis, zero-base budgeting, and related finance themes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving analytical skills with creativity and logical thought.
  • Ability to develop strategic recommendations based on rigorous data analysis.
  • Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics, and experience management.
  • Demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite or senior management level.

Desired Expertise:

  • Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools.
