Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Technology Project Coordinator to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed work plans for projects and supporting project team members in creating formal Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for their tasks.
  • They must be able to identify project scope, timeline, budget, and success measures to ensure successful project delivery.
  • A key aspect of the role is providing immediate conflict resolution and timely issue escalations to maintain project momentum.
  • The coordinator will also be responsible for managing and guiding internal technical functional areas, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Effective communication skills are crucial, as the coordinator will create presentations for project kick-off and closure, facilitating stakeholder engagement.
  • Conducting formal risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle is vital to mitigating potential issues.
  • Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely resolution of all pre- and post-production issues, meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Prioritization of production implementation and change activities will also be a critical responsibility.
  • Maintaining rigor around assigned projects' change management is essential to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project status reporting and updating on time will be another key task.
  • Lastly, the coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a knowledge base of lessons learned for all assigned IT-related projects.
  • Finally, they will create project documentation and conduct knowledge transfer to Technical Account Management and IT Operations.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably with a background in call center operations.
  • IT-related certifications such as ITIL, Scrum, PMP, or SaaS provider certifications are not required but considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and similar Microsoft Office applications, particularly Project, Word, and Excel, is necessary.
  • Knowledge of SaaS cloud systems, data and voice networking, installation, configuration, and maintenance is also required.
  • A solid understanding of network technology, including MPLS, TCP/IP, VLANs, and other data network technologies, is essential.
  • Proficiency in voice technology, including Voice, PABX, PBX, Switch, Configuration, ACD, IVR, Call loggers, Telephony, IP, and IP Telephony, is necessary.
  • An understanding of Information Security and Data Protection Regulations, including PCI-DSS, ISO, and Risk Management frameworks, is also required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are mandatory, with fluency in English being a must.
  • Experience using knowledge base tools like Kustomer, Zendesk, or ServiceNow is beneficial.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and working hours is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills are required.
