Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in the execution of complex technical programs from ideation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning & Execution: Assist in defining and executing technical programs to ensure timely completion of technical milestones and deadlines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and product teams to understand technical requirements and manage project dependencies.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively work with teams to create mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Track project progress and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and identify opportunities to improve team processes and workflows.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, changes, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in program management, project delivery, and technology.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing or participating in technical projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
