We are seeking a Dairy Operations Expert to lead the establishment and smooth running of our new dairy processing center. This highly experienced individual will bring expertise in dairy industry operations, plant setup, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day management of milk procurement, processing, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance in setting up the new dairy processing center – from plant design to commissioning.
  • Define and implement operational procedures for milk procurement, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee equipment selection, installation, and process optimization in coordination with technical teams and vendors.
  • Establish efficient supply chain and distribution processes for milk and dairy product delivery.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in dairy plant operations.
  • Provide expertise in enterprise resource planning integration for procurement, processing, sales, and finance modules.
  • Establish key performance indicators and dashboards to monitor plant efficiency, yield, and quality.
  • Advise management on new product development and diversification opportunities.
  • Act as a bridge between management, technical consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

This role requires a candidate with 10+ years of experience in Dairy Processing, Operations, or Plant Management, and a proven track record of establishing or managing dairy processing plants (medium to large scale).
