  • You will be entrusted with the below key responsibilities:">
  • Strategic Development and Operational Responsibility: Provide strategic direction and oversight for ES QA India, driving growth and improvement.">
  • Quality Activities: Be accountable for specific quality activities in ES QA India, ensuring compliance and excellence.">
  • Global and Local Management Teams: Be a member of ES QA Global and NNQ-GBS management teams, contributing to strategic decision-making.">
  • Team Leadership: Lead grandparent teams within ES QA India (being a leader of leaders), focusing on talent development and performance.">
  • Resource Management: Control resources and ensure spends are aligned with overall company goals, promoting occupational health and safety.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) with experience in leadership, project management, organizational change, quality, or GxP processes.">
  • 10+ years in pharma/healthcare, including 5+ years in leadership or people management roles.">
  • Prior experience in hiring and building a team to support global processes is mandatory.">
  • Prior experience in managing multiple suppliers or contracts manufacturers is desirable, with negotiation, collaboration, decision-making, and adaptable skills.">
  • Experience working in a matrix setup with local and global managers is an advantage.">
  • A background in quality and/or quality processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly relevant.">
  • Familiarity with QMS processes, drug development life cycle, sourcing, and GxP regulations is advantageous.">
  • Clear, direct, and diplomatic communication; fluent in English (verbal and written); adept at cross-functional and global interaction.">
  • Proficient in handling complex issues, providing strategic advice, and influencing diverse international stakeholders.">
  • Excellent presentation skills, creating and delivering impactful presentations to various organizational levels.">
