Job Title: Branch Operation Manager

 

  • Roles and Responsibilities:

The primary goal of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and product information. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities also include supervising all non-cash transactions at the teller counters, including DD/PO, fund transfers, RTGS, NEFT, branch administration, and lobby management.

This role involves enhancing the value of existing accounts, retention of current customers, and cross-selling personal banking services.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing high-quality customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  2. Coordinating with clients to understand business requirements and providing assistance as needed.
  3. Ensuring efficient queue management and effective resolution of customer queries/complaints.
  4. Generating business through cross-selling personal banking services and monitoring sales performance.
  5. Enhancing account values by offering relevant products and services to existing customers.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
