Senior Content Specialist Position

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Content Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, speed, and compliance of marketing content throughout its lifecycle.

  • Review and edit scientific documents for clarity and grammar while maintaining scientific integrity.
  • Manage and review marketing content for various products, evaluating readiness and ensuring deliverables meet requirements.
  • Compare old and new versions to verify updates and corrections were made correctly.
  • Proofread promotional material content for grammar, punctuation, style, consistency of language, and adherence to brand guidelines.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and agencies to review and manage marketing content.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Life Science or related discipline with relevant business experience.
  • Flair for IT systems and data relations, especially with Veeva Promo mats.
  • Knowledge of life science editorial proficiency, medical publishing, and medical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively influence all levels of the business.
