We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead the development of Real World Data in life sciences.

About the Role:

  • This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with global leaders.">
  • The successful candidate will lead RWD analysts supporting Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and pre-sales activities.">
  • Key Responsibilities include overseeing consulting delivery and ensuring high-quality outputs, building and maintaining indication-specific data lakes, managing and growing India-based teams, partnering with global leaders.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) with direct project experience.">
  • Proficiency in coding and building RWD/RWE functions within the last two years.">
  • No less than 15–18 years of experience in Life Sciences, Biopharma, or Bioinformatics with strong Data Science expertise.">
  • Proven leadership of globally distributed teams.">
