Trading Operations Analyst

As a Trading Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading desks. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support, including trade execution, position management, and reconciliation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily trading support and reconciliation services to traders and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trades, positions, and profits/losses.
  • Assist with trade execution, including verifying trade details and confirming settlements.
  • Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of trade data.
  • Collaborate with trading teams to identify and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic record from a leading institution, preferably in a quantitative or finance-related field.
  • At least 3-7 years of experience in a trading support or operations role, preferably in equity and derivatives markets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python or SQL.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with traders, managers, and other stakeholders.
