Job Title: Financial Optimization Specialist

Department: Corporate Finance

Business Unit: Global Treasury

Reports to: Senior Treasury Manager

Job Objective:

  • Maximize financial efficiency and minimize risk across the organization.
  • Coordinate funding requirements for group companies, including foreign subsidiaries, to ensure optimal cash flow management.
  • Act as a liaison between Forex front office and group companies for FX operations support, ensuring seamless transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Monitor cash flow and financial covenants of all group companies periodically, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure loan documentation compliance and monitor repayment formalities, minimizing potential risks.
  • Complete security/mortgage creation and perfection activities timely, ensuring efficient access to funding.
  • Review and validate documentation, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Perform periodic valuation and TSR activities, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Complete relevant ROC filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support businesses in ODI transactions, facilitating international trade and investment.
  • Assist in preparing ODI documents, streamlining the process.
  • Resolve queries from banks, ensuring prompt communication and resolution.
  • Support completing periodic ODI filings, maintaining accurate records.
  • Support banking activities as per business needs, enhancing relationships with financial institutions.
  • Stay updated on RBI notifications and circulars, applying knowledge to business operations.
  • Ascertain implications on business operations, making informed decisions.
  • Support business in closing EDPMS/IDPMS, optimizing financial systems.
  • Provide trade finance transactional support, facilitating international trade and commerce.
