Financial Reporting Expert

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze monthly and quarterly MIS reports for assigned entities.
  2. Oversee the financial reporting process and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  3. Provide financial insights and support to senior management.
  4. Develop and manage budgets and forecasts in line with business projections.
  5. Conduct variance analysis of financial performance on profit and loss and balance sheet.
  6. Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial statements for a listed company.
  7. Review aging analysis and ensure timely recovery and settlements.
Audit and Financial Controls:
  1. Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
  2. Design and implement financial controls and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Review accounts payable and receivable reports to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  4. Communicate with auditors on quarterly and annual audits and close outstanding issues.
  5. Perform reconciliations of sub ledgers, general ledgers, and control accounts.
Compliance:
  1. E nsure adherence to accounting practices, policies, and procedures as well as legal regulations.
  2. Ensure timely certification from relevant authorities.
  3. Drive the implementation of SOPs and policies.
  4. Maintain transparency and integrity in financial reporting.
  5. Monitor and report on any variances and deviations from agreements and covenants.
