Key Role Summary:

As a key organizational figure, you will manage internal and external communications, create engaging content, and ensure all messages align with the company's brand and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective corporate and external communication strategies to enhance our organization's reputation.
  • Manage internal communications through collaboration with the comms team to ensure seamless information exchange.
  • Research, write or vet content for emails, newsletters, org website, infographics, social media, etc, to captivate our audience.
  • Plan and initiate communication initiatives for organizational events to increase awareness.
  • Maintain knowledge of our policies, brand guidelines, style guide, and stay updated on relevant developments to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Work with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assist in communication from leadership to effectively disseminate information.
  • Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for peaceful resolution of disputes within the organization.
  • Proactively measure the performance of our communication strategies to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 4+ or 8+ years' experience as a communications specialist for internal and external communication, preferably in large organizations.
  • Experience in copywriting and editing for all platforms to deliver high-quality content.
  • A solid understanding of project management principles to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all communications.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities across locations and teams to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet timelines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, or a relevant field is required.

You will work on creating engaging content for emails, presentations, websites, and social media, as well as collaborating with leaders across the organization to meet deadlines and build a strong brand image.
