About this role

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Process Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a high-energy role that involves managing requirements, validating features, supporting UAT, and ensuring a smooth product experience for our API and data platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and define product requirements from business needs
  • Document user stories, specs, and workflows
  • Manage UAT and validate product features in project management tools
  • Collaborate with development teams during development and testing
  • Support integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms
  • Track and manage feature and defect backlogs
  • Support agile teams and participate in daily stand-ups

This role requires a motivated individual who can work closely with product, development, and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery of new features and integrations.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or related role
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant technical exposure
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle, testing methodologies, and project management tools like Jira & Git
  • Exposure to automation testing (Selenium preferred)
  • Understanding of ERP, CRM, and HR systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience with Agile project management
