A seasoned professional is sought to spearhead the execution and management of building management systems (IBMS), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, and central chiller plants for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution & Coordination: Oversee the execution of MEP works related to HVAC, chilled water plants, utility systems, and IBMS integration.
  • Technical Design Review: Conduct thorough reviews of MEP and IBMS design drawings, BOQ, equipment specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Quality & Safety Management: Implement QA/QC checks for equipment installation, piping, cabling, and control systems.
  • Operations & Handover: Perform performance testing of chiller plants and IBMS dashboards, optimize plant operation through automation, control strategies, and energy efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water plants, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, valves, and utility systems. Hands-on experience in IBMS integration (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks protocols) and project execution experience in Data Centers / Hospitals / Airports / Large Commercial Buildings are mandatory. Familiarity with electrical panels, PLC/DCS, VFDs, UPS, DG, and power monitoring systems is also essential.
