Senior Software Developer Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining developed software while adhering to standard software development methodologies.
This role requires a strong understanding of business analyst requirements and client expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and provide logical solutions.
Educational Qualifications:
A minimum of 9 years of experience in software development is required, preferably in a product-based organization. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT from a reputable university is also necessary.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Visual Studio, ASP.Net, and MySQL database management is essential.
- Soft Skills: Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, along with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
