Job Description:
As a seasoned professional in the events industry, you will be responsible for cultivating strong business relationships with clients. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to develop and execute event marketing and communication strategies that align with their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client briefs and devise event strategies that meet their needs and objectives.
- Conduct research and spearhead ideation with creative teams to deliver pitch presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, and AV production.
- Manage event logistics, create detailed timelines, budgets, and project plans, and ensure timely delivery of all materials and collateral.
Qualifications: A graduate degree or MBA is required, along with 5-6 years of experience in the events industry.
Client-centric professionals who can handle multiple client events and recognize, solve, or neutralize potential issues are encouraged to apply.
