We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day finance activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.
  • Create and maintain monthly management information reports, including profit & loss, cash flow, and budget vs actuals, providing timely insights to leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to inform decision-making and investor communications.
  • Track and report key performance indicators, ensuring visibility across functions.
Requirements:
  • A strong collaborator, able to work closely with key stakeholders across departments to ensure financial alignment and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for presenting complex financial information to investors, auditors, and internal teams.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.
