This position offers the opportunity to join our global travel team as a Level 2 Travel Helpdesk Specialist, providing expert support for travelers worldwide.

About the Role:
  • Provide advanced support for complex travel-related inquiries, resolve tickets within defined timelines, and escalate cases as needed.
  • Investigate critical issues, escalate per protocols, and keep stakeholders informed of ticket and system statuses.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, analyze recurring issues, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors; contribute to cross-functional projects.
  • Understand user needs within the travel ecosystem and ensure timely follow-up for ticket resolution and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and proven analytical abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with prompt, accurate responses.
