Travel Support Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled Travel Support Specialist to deliver exceptional travel support to our users. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in TMC/BT Consultant roles, covering all supplier products (air, rail, and hotel). Additionally, they should have 2+ years of GDS experience to an intermediate level, with IATA accreditation (WWAFT/WAII/BA2) being a mandatory requirement.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting travelers with best-in-class travel support through multiple contact channels: chat, call, and email. They will also maintain extensive supplier, destination, and system knowledge, making quick and accurate analyses of customer needs, persona, and level of urgency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional travel support to users.
  • Maintain extensive supplier, destination, and system knowledge.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide accurate information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.
  • Assist users with self-service of the Navan platform and app where possible.
  • Respond to customers within SLA expectations and requirements.
  • Follow company and customer travel and expense procedures and policies in addition to global compliance procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in TMC/BT Consultant Role covering all supplier products.
  • 2+ years of GDS experience to intermediate level - MANDATORY REQUIREMENT.
  • IATA accreditation (WWAFT/WAII/BA2).
  • Certified in providing excellent customer service in a contact center or customer-facing role.
  • Proficient in using various tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Reliable and flexible with an openness to working non-traditional shifts.
