We are seeking an accomplished Technical Lead to drive our testing strategy and execution within the COST team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive test plans that simulate real-world customer environments, ensuring issue resolution and serving as a technical mentor for the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test strategies across hybrid environments to ensure seamless integration and validation
  • Create and manage test labs using virtual machines, cloud resources, and physical hardware to replicate complex customer scenarios
  • Collaborate with support and product teams to reproduce and troubleshoot high-complexity customer issues
  • Design and lead test cases development to ensure effective testing and quality assurance
  • Serve as the go-to technical leader for customer-centric testing and integration validation, providing guidance and expertise to the team
Requirements
  • 5 years of QA test engineering experience, with at least 2 in a leadership or mentoring role
  • Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and test lab environments
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and virtualized environments like VMware
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills across global teams
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Automation experience in Java and scripting in Bash or Python
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, databases, SQL NoSQL, and distributed systems
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with DevOps tooling, performance testing, and security testing
