The company is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Manager to join its team, responsible for fund accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate daily, weekly, and monthly Net Asset Values (NAVs) for Funds and manage quarterly and periodic reporting activities
  • Accurately record trades, income, expenses, accruals, subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions
  • Facilitate trade settlements and perform cash and securities reconciliations
  • Collaborate with the investment team, bankers, custodians, and fund administrators
  • Prepare financial statements for monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Prepare financial reports for regulatory authorities and manage internal and external audit processes
  • Conduct online filings, including GST computations

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 47 years of relevant experience
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting practices, particularly in fund accounting and multiple investment companies (SPVs)
  • Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills
  • Knowledge of IFRS and excellent bookkeeping abilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to meet deadlines
