Transform the Employee Experience
">This role focuses on driving cultural assimilation and engagement across institutions, schools, PU colleges, early years centres, and Head Office.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Conduct structured 15/30/60/90-day onboarding sessions with new employees.
- Develop a framework to capture expectations vs. achievements for the 30/60/90-day employee journey.
- Ensure probation review processes integrate 90-day feedback, providing managers with data-backed insights.
- Design and implement engagement programs for various Ekya institutions.
- Develop an annual engagement calendar including recognition events and team-building initiatives.
Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey:
">- Own the end-to-end onboarding process ensuring smooth transition into company culture.
- Maintain an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement scores.
- Provide actionable insights to managers improving retention during the probation period.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
">- Generate HR dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leadership.
- Analyse HR data to identify engagement, attrition, and sentiment trends.
- Partner with Senior Manager – HR Ops:
- You: Gather feedback, track onboarding, engagement, and performance alignment from employees.
- Ops: Own system administration of PMS/OKR platforms deadlines and compliance.
- Together: Collaborate to create holistic performance dashboards blending people insights with operational accuracy.
Surveys & Insights:
">- Design and manage employee pulse and exit surveys.
- Analyse survey data deriving actionable insights and share findings with leadership.
- Recommend and implement changes based on outcomes strengthening satisfaction and retention.
Transparent Communication & Tools:
">- Lead the adoption of collaboration tools like Slack.
- Drive internal communication campaigns building trust and clarity across employees.
- Ensure timely and transparent HR updates are received by all employees.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
">- Collaborate with institution leaders to localize engagement initiatives.
- Align engagement with organizational goals and objectives.
- Act as a bridge between employees and HR leadership ensuring employee voices are heard and acted upon.
Process Improvement & Initiatives:
">- Identify and implement process improvements in employee experience and onboarding.
- Stay updated with best practices in HR management.
- Lead special projects enhancing organisational culture and alignment.
Key Deliverables:
">- A tailored annual engagement calendar.
- A structured monitored 30/60/90-day onboarding journey with integration of probation review.
- Effective Slack adoption strategy.
- High-quality employee surveys with actionable insights.
- Regularly updated employee journey dashboards presented to HR and leadership.
- Tangible improvements in employee satisfaction retention and engagement metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
">- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
- Experience designing structured onboarding frameworks.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with survey design data analysis and presentation.
- Proficiency in Slack MS Excel and/or data visualization tools.
