Workplace Relations Specialist

About the Role

This position involves overseeing employee relations at our Nagpur location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that all employees feel supported and valued.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex issues, with excellent interpersonal, communication, empathetic and strong negotiation/diplomacy skills.

You will play a vital role in promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and diversity within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand, investigate, and resolve any employee relations issue at the location to achieve agreements and settle conflicts.
  • Monitor and promote organizational culture and values, supporting policy implementation and acting as an internal consultant/advisor.
  • Lead the implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Establish lines of control and delegate responsibilities.
  • Partner with business and external bodies to achieve company objectives.
  • Employee assimilation and new hire compliance.
Requirements
  • Candidates with full-time MBA (preferably from tiered b-schools)
  • Proven track record of handling complex issues
  • Ability to develop and build relationships at all levels, with a proven track record of acting in an advisory capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, empathetic and strong negotiation/diplomacy skills
  • Strong analytical and facilitating skills
  • Creative bent of mind, delivering pragmatic solution
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task
