The Role
The Senior Manager- PPM will be responsible for owning and driving the planning and performance cycle in the People team of AB InBev India. The role will manage budgets, provide analytical insights to enable decision-making, and track targets and productivity for the People function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ZBB process for BU India – Policy, DAG adherence, ZBB reviews, and 1 Year Plan management.
- Lead the cycle of 3 Year Plan, 1 Year Plan, and other key planning cycles in the people team.
- Design and manage manpower blueprint, organization structures, and people cost through Anaplan.
- Provide deep analysis and recommendation of budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
- Use organization design principles for optimizing structure design.
- Work with the PPM and Rewards Lead to set structure, processes, and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs of people team.
Additional Responsibilities
- Implement Target Setting and Appraisal Process in the organization in sync with global process.
- Define tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics in people team.
- Bring in best practices for continuous improvement.
- Challenge Status Quo and drive mindset of high performance.
Requirements
- MBA in any specialization from a tier 1 B-School.
- 3-5 years of experience in Rewards/PMO/Manpower Planning or Special Projects.

- Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
- Fast-mover, quick to adapt with flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment.
- Takes initiative on the identification of issues, consulting broadly within and across teams until root cause is identified and fixed.
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-tasking, working within tight deadlines.
- Resilience – demonstrates strong self-belief, tenacity in the face of challenge and the ability to work under pressure.
